Mixology Master

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Master to join our team at Flix Brewhouse in Frisco, TX.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert beer service and mixology. They will be a master of creating a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour craft beers and serve signature cocktails to guests with precision and flair
• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
• Maintain a spotless and well-organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods

Requirements:

• Must meet the age requirement for serving alcohol (21+ years old)
• Certification in food handling and alcohol service, following local regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for crafting unforgettable guest experiences
