Cardiac Stepdown Nurse Opportunity

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Stepdown team in Chelsea, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and support the needs of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including those with arrhythmias, unstable coronary syndromes, and heart failure.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiac care practices.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • BSN degree or higher.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a cardiac care setting.
  • Ability to work day/night rotation, weekends, and holidays.
