About the Job:

We are seeking a Financial Services Professional to join our team at Bellco Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on all Credit Union products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to members by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all Credit Union products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and other financial services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members by consistently following up with them to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months teller experience or equivalent cash handling and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to interact with others in a positive manner and communicate effectively both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to perform all teller duties while maintaining high teller balancing efficiency (85% or higher).
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Bellco Credit Union headquarters.
