Job Responsibilities
  • Generate and process financial statements and invoices
  • Correct and/or transfer work-in-progress during the billing period
  • Print or email financial statements and invoices to clients
  • Run month-end reports and tie-out with control totals
  • Run accounts receivable reports for individual partners
  • Make changes on financial statements and correct out-of-balance invoices; update and correct client contact information as needed
  • Fill out and submit accounts receivable adjustment forms
  • Work effectively with other financial services professionals to cross-train across assigned tasks
  • Setup new service codes and projects in our project management system
  • Miscellaneous research as requested
  • Run miscellaneous financial reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a financial services professional in a professional environment
  • Fundamental knowledge of financial software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in an accurate manner
  • Must possess problem-solving and analytical skills to apply knowledge to practical situations and the ability to foresee problems and effect solutions
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate and work effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, respect for confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and follow through on tasks
  • Flexible work arrangements may be available, including hybrid work options
