Our commitment to innovation and excellence drives our success in delivering sophisticated instrumentation and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and mechanical components for final products, following precise process instructions and technical drawings.
- Interpret assembly schematics, parts lists, and operational guidelines to ensure compliance with IPC Class 3 standards.
- Document completed tasks through a product routing system, ensuring all specifications and functional criteria are met before quality control inspection.
- Conduct assembly tasks including cabinet preparation, mechanical assembly, harness preparation, cable installation, and equipment wiring.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols regarding the handling of materials and tools.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in wire harness, cable, and mechanical assembly, utilizing various hand and power tools.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience for Assembler roles, 4-6 years for Senior Assemblers, and 7+ years for Lead Assemblers.
- Prior military wiring and assembly experience is advantageous.
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 wiring certification or knowledge is preferred.
- A strong desire to learn and advance within the organization.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
