Utilities Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Utilities Foreman to lead our utility crew in the construction of sanitary sewer, waterline, and storm sewer systems. This role requires a strong background in utility projects, with the ability to operate heavy machinery and supervise on-site employees.

• Lead the utility crew in ensuring safe and efficient project execution, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day wet utilities activities on the construction site, including supervising on-site employees and coordinating with management, design team, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit daily timesheets and progress reports, and monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements among the crew.

• High School diploma or GED; 5+ years of relevant heavy civil experience; Supervisory or management experience in construction.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background investigation and drug screening.
• Basic computer and electronic communication skills are required.

• Outdoor work with varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, eye protection, and safety vests.
