Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in the upkeep and repair of manufacturing machinery, particularly within the Oil and Gas, Bridge, and General Distribution industries.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a production setting.
- Solid understanding of machine operations and maintenance protocols.
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for preventative maintenance.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues in 24 VDC, 110, and 480/600 3 Phase VAC electrical systems, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural diagrams.
- Skilled in steel fabrication using welding equipment and related tools.
- Experience with induction heating techniques is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Safely operate power tools and machinery.
- Engage in and support preventative maintenance initiatives.
- Fabricate steel components as required, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Compensation: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
