Northern Base is seeking an experienced Healthcare Leader to join our team as a Nurse Manager, Phone Triage. In this role, you will oversee a team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality phone triage services to patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $126,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year, offering a comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO, paid holidays, comprehensive healthcare coverage, life and disability insurance, flexible spending account, retirement plans, and employee wellness center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of phone triage staff to ensure efficient call handling and provide guidance on patient care.
  • Develop and implement healthcare programs and services to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient interactions and team performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree preferred.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of Alaska.
  • BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in emergency nursing, telehealth, or triage services is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for success in this role.
