Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stock replenishment, security tagging, and pricing of merchandise.
  • Participate in inventory management, including physical inventory and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance, adhering to our visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
