About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team at TOCA USA's Soccer Training Facility in Lewis Center, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a positive impact on the lives of our guests.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

  • Teach soccer skills and strategies to players of all ages and skill levels
  • Foster a welcoming and engaging environment that promotes player development and enjoyment
  • Partner with parents and coaches to create tailored training plans that meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with the TOCA USA Training Manager to track performance, forecast program commitments, and identify trends contributing to client turnover
