Job Overview

Concord USA is seeking a seasoned Project Lead - Data and Analytics to join our growing Data Management practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence on large-scale data management projects, growing the data management body of work through presales support, and developing the data management team through people and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight to key client work, ensuring project strategies and methodologies are sound, and aligning both client and internal teams to a shared high-value vision.
  • Lead complex client engagements, including assessments, strategy development, and roadmap creation for strategic projects. Guide a large team of consultants and engineers through implementation phases of data modernization.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Partner with Sales executives to strategize new business opportunities, provide subject matter expertise throughout the sales cycle, and collaborate on pitch material development.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, providing mentorship and guidance to support career pathing and skills development.
  • Develop scopes of work, including resource plans, effort estimates, timelines, and budgets in support of new project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts and prospects.
  • Collaborate with other Data Management leaders on go-to-market messaging, developing and maintaining offerings, case studies, POVs, and blog articles.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to elevate the Data & Analytics business unit, enhancing our work, people, and market positioning.
  • Represent Concord at user group events and conferences, engaging with the community to enhance the Concord brand.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the Data & Analytics space, preferably with consulting experience.
  • Solid understanding of modern data architecture patterns and their support for analytics use cases.
  • Experience with architecting and implementing cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
  • Experience with Data Governance frameworks, Data Modeling, and Data Engineering.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to engage with both technically oriented and business-oriented audiences.
  • Ability to orchestrate complex projects, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities to drive seamless execution.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a dynamic environment, thinking critically and creatively to drive business growth.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing responsibilities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Track record of proactive, value-added contributions to internal and client teams.
  • Passion for people development and building high-performing teams.
  • A love for data and its potential to drive business success.
Additional Information
  • Employment type: Long-term full-time role.
  • Location: Prefer candidates located in Minneapolis or Kansas City, with occasional visits to our offices.
  • Requirements: Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
