Job Description

The Aircraft Structure Fabricator is a critical component of the aircraft assembly process. This role requires previous knowledge of aircraft structure fabrication and the ability to complete tasks on time and with quality. The successful candidate will possess a high level of integrity, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work across three shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete allocated tasks on time and with quality.
  • Understand the qualification process and become a self-inspector (SI) stamp holder within the first six months.
  • Understand the build process and specifications for allocated structures stations.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure delivery schedules are met.
  • Work in compliance with production work orders and supporting documents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years minimum experience in aviation production or equivalent.
  • Previous hands-on experience with drilling tools, templates, drilling machines, fasteners, and torquing tools.
