In this role, you will be responsible for caring for patients with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, using the nursing process to provide quality patient care. You will work closely with the Nurse Leader to prioritize patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing, a MI Registered Nurse licensure, and successful completion of a competency-based orientation program are required. Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric care is preferred.
