Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images and providing compassionate care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, and contrast exams, to produce high-quality images.
- Inspect images for quality and proper documentation, presenting completed images to radiologists for interpretation.
- Assist radiologists with invasive fluoroscopic procedures as required.
- Prepare and administer contrast media as indicated by protocol.
- Practice radiation safety by adhering to ALARA guidelines.
Requirements
- Completion of two years of Radiology Technology training in an AMA-approved school to meet the requirement for registry by the ARRT or equivalent training required.
- State of New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging License required.
- ARRT (R) certification required or acquired within 1 year of hire date.
- One to two years of Radiology experience preferred.
