Repossession Agent Job Description

At Associates Asset Recovery, we are seeking highly skilled and experienced repossession agents to join our team. As a repossession agent, you will be responsible for investigating and recovering assigned collateral across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations to locate and recover assigned collateral
  • Secure and transport recovered units to our secure holding lots
  • Provide detailed updates on progress and collaborate with our office staff
  • Utilize current repossession software and maintain a CARS certification (preferred)
Requirements:
  • At least 23 years of age with a good driving history
  • Previous repossession/tow experience
  • Ability to display professional work behaviors and defensive driving skills
  • Excellent observation skills with a focus on safety
  • Ability to work independently with remote management
  • Must be able to read and write in English at a reasonable level
  • Personal transportation required
  • Pass a drug and background check (special circumstances considered)
