Computed Tomography Technologist Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. Your expertise will help diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate imaging
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain patient records and communicate with patients and families
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CT scanner operation and maintenance
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
