Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist attorneys and paralegals with non-billable legal work, including opening new matters, formatting documents, and managing paper or electronic filing systems. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring deadlines, juggling calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary is required, along with knowledge of local court rules (State and Federal) and Microsoft Office and Mac operating system. Proficiency in English and Spanish is also essential.
