Clinical Education Coordinator RN

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Education Coordinator, RN to join our team at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living. This role is pivotal in the onboarding and continuous development of our healthcare staff within the Continuing Care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration with clinical leaders and interdisciplinary team members to deliver essential training for both new and existing personnel.
- Organize and manage both non-clinical and clinical orientation sessions, ensuring ongoing training aligns with the needs of the Continuing Care staff.
- Support department directors in crafting and delivering educational content tailored to adult learners.
- Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive staff development plans.
- Promote the ongoing professional growth of both licensed and non-licensed personnel through in-service training and continuing education initiatives.
- Maintain and disseminate monthly calendars for staff development programs, including training agendas and vendor coordination for clinical team certifications.
- Ensure compliance with in-service training records and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist staff in fulfilling all mandatory annual education and training requirements, maintaining thorough documentation as per regulatory standards.
- Integrate the organization's mission into all educational initiatives.
- Engage in the Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement (QA/PI) processes.

Compensation: Competitive salary structure with potential earnings up to $100,000 annually.
Sign-On Bonus: Attractive sign-on bonus available.
Schedule: Standard Monday to Friday daytime hours, with occasional flexibility required for evening or overnight needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse degree program.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Education is preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records.
- A passion for mentoring and supporting healthcare professionals.
