OhioGuidestone is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide services for our outpatient Psychiatry division. The ideal candidate must have an active license issued by the state of Ohio, two years of relevant experience, and a DEA number with Buprenorphine waiver. A Master's degree and experience in psychiatric, mental health, and substance use treatment are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, treat, and monitor the physical health of persons served.
  • Provide medical/somatic services, pharmacologic management services, case management, and witness urine screens.
  • Communicate with other healthcare practitioners regarding client health status and provide consultation to other staff regarding healthcare issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education and licensure as a Certified Nurse Practitioner – board certified (PMHNP required).
  • Participation in further medical education.
  • DEA number with waiver, per area of expertise.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in behavioral healthcare.
