Job Summary

Carilion Clinic is seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. As a Vascular Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing noninvasive vascular ultrasound examinations, assessing technical data, and providing preliminary results. You will also assist in the interpretation of exams and work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform noninvasive vascular ultrasound examinations, including visceral arterial/venous, cerebrovascular, peripheral venous, and peripheral arterial exams
  • Assess technical data and provide preliminary results
  • Assist in the interpretation of exams
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional patient care
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Graduate of an approved School of Ultrasound or equivalent training
  • Vascular ultrasound experience preferred but not required
  • RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI) in Vascular Sonography certification
  • CPR certification
