- Provide critical care services to adult patients, including triage and admissions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice and education to ensure a safe and quality care environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and competency validation.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certification or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C).
- Strong foundation in evidenced-based practice and education.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
