Nature and Scope of Position
This role requires a genuine passion for service, demonstrated by the efficient and safe preparation of all menu items and prepped foods, adhering to company standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.

Essential Functions
- Prepare food orders accurately within eight minutes of order entry.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels on the cook line throughout the shift.
- Utilize appropriate tools, such as scoops and ladles, to manage food costs effectively.
- Communicate courteously and respectfully with management, co-workers, and guests, even during busy periods.
- Follow all safe food handling and health department regulations.
- Uphold company standards in appearance, grooming, and sanitation, ensuring a professional presentation at all times.
- Sanitize cutting boards and countertops between tasks.
- Assist management with the proper storage of food items and supplies, understanding product shelf life and dating procedures.
- Complete opening and closing duties as required.
- Support DMO functions as needed.
- Acknowledge guests enthusiastically, adhering to the company’s service standards.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualification Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old and comply with any state age or labor regulations.
