**Job Summary**We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with breathing disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving respiratory health outcomes.
**Responsibilities**- Assess and evaluate patients with respiratory disorders to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, such as oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy.
- Monitor patients' respiratory status, vital signs, and response to therapy, adjusting treatment as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive respiratory care plans for optimal patient outcomes.
- CRT and RRT certifications
- BLS certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required)
- Two years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
