North American Lighting Inc., a leading manufacturer of automotive exterior lighting, is seeking a skilled Operator - Assembly to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling processed parts into finished lighting products, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities

• Assemble processed parts and place them on racks or in packaging.
• Perform quality review of parts and finished products during the assembly process, separating out defective parts.
• Keep the work area clean, swept, and free of dust, maintaining good 6S practices within the department.
• Ensure the scrap basket is emptied regularly.
• Locate and bring processed parts to the work station for assembly as needed.
• Assist in machine part changes as required.

Requirements

Your Background

A High School Diploma or GED, plus 0-2 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment, is required for this role.
