Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at StoryPoint. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residents' apartments and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all areas as assigned, adhering to departmental standards and procedures.
  • Perform laundry duties in our commercial laundry facilities, ensuring all items are cleaned and pressed to a high standard.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, including buffers, extraction equipment, and commercial laundry equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
