Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager

As a Commercial Finance Manager at BLANCO, you will spearhead financial planning and analytical initiatives to propel the company's expansion. Leveraging your proficiency in SAP / S4/HANA, you will formulate financial strategies, oversee budgets, and deliver insightful analyses to inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Direct budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Commercial Finance Management: Oversee financial models that support pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
  • SAP / S4/HANA Proficiency: Employ SAP for efficient financial operations and precise reporting.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize financial strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Analytical Leadership: Provide valuable insights into business performance and market dynamics.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing finance team to enhance collaboration.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields.
  • Expertise in SAP / S4/HANA for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thought processes.
  • Experience in team building and development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

  • Occasional travel within the US and Canada may be necessary.
  • Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
  • Hybrid work model: In-office presence three days a week.
