We are seeking a skilled Radiology Specialty Tech X-Ray/CT to join our team at MetroHealth in Cleveland Heights. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality CT and X-Ray images, working closely with nurses, physicians, and other care team members to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT and X-Ray scanning equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment
  • Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other care team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
  • Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment
  • Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH)
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period
Preferred Qualifications
  • One-year related experience, as well as advanced certification through the ARRT in CT
Physical Requirements
  • May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day
  • May need to lift, pull or push over 50 lbs
  • May need to sit or stand for extended periods
  • See in the normal visual range with or without correction
  • Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction
