We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food to members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
- Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve the shopping experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Food Service experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
