Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will provide compassionate care to patients in post-acute facilities, monitoring their physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs, and administering medications. You will also be responsible for:

  • Performing resident intakes and documenting medical histories
  • Helping with the administration and verification of medications
  • Cultivating a comfortable and safe facility for residents
  • Tracking medical records and charts
  • Assisting with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
