Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team at Workforce Consultants. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in establishing appointments for our Business Development Team leaders to close deals. Your primary responsibility will be to perform duties that drive sales growth through a combination of cold calls and emails.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in appointment setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to achieve a minimum of 5 appointments per week or 20 per month after 30 days of introduction. Compensation includes a base salary of $20 - $25 per hour based on experience and successful performance, as well as a bonus eligible based on company performance and achievements meeting minimum appointment goals average by quarter and KPIs at 70% or better.

Key Performance Indicators include achieving appointment schedules averaging 20 per month, evaluating current sales channels and methods, working with marketing specialists to create prospect drip/nurturing campaigns, utilizing email and cold calling processes, and consistently complying with company policies and supervisor directions.
