At National Youth Advocate Program, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician/Therapist to join our team. As a Clinician/Therapist, you will work closely with unaccompanied minors, foster families, and community partners to provide counseling, therapy, and support services.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments, service plans, and screenings for assigned minors
- Provide individual, group, and family mental health services
- Travel to foster family and sponsor homes to provide in-home services
- Coordinate and monitor services for minors and families in the community
- Screen for human trafficking concerns and provide crisis intervention services
- Assist in placement efforts with minors' sponsor or other permanent living arrangements
- Master's degree in social work with clinical experience or bachelor's degree with 5 years of clinical employment experience
- Licensed or eligible for licensure
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexible and non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
