Retail Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Banker II to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a Retail Banker II, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing financial solutions to our customers.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the store, providing customers with expert advice on banking solutions and products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools to proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Evaluate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities to deliver on our brand promise.

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Cross-trained to take customer transactions upon hire.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to provide community services, including financial education classes.
• Notary license preferred.
