Precision Assembly Engineer

The Precision Assembly Engineer is a highly skilled engineer responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems with precision and accuracy. This role requires expertise in mechanical engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and develop mechanical systems with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet customer requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to identify potential design issues.
- Maintain accurate records of designs, tests, and results.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarize yourself with all safety protocols regarding tools and PPE.
- Maintain a 5S environment in the department.
- Develop skills to support high-quality standards.
- Demonstrate technical expertise by providing guidance to junior engineers.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Expertise in mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Safe operation of specialized equipment, including computer-aided design software.
- Able to complete complex engineering projects within tight deadlines.
- Awareness of industry regulations and adherence to safety standards.
This role involves frequent sitting, working at a computer, and occasional standing, walking, and bending. The employee must be able to tolerate noise levels typical of an office environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
$110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
