Compensation: $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Caregivers / PCAs / CNAs to provide exceptional care to all residents in our friendly and fun environment. As a Senior Caregiver Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort service. You will also follow the schedule of resident's needs set out by your supervisor, provide emotional and social support, document daily logs, inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns, and respect resident independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort service.
- Follow the schedule of resident's needs set out by supervisor.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents.
- Document daily log of assistance.
- Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
- Respect and encourage resident independence and dignity.
- Respect residents' confidentiality.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency equipment and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of related experience in a senior living community.
- PCA or C.N.A license required.
- Previous experience as a caregiver.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
