Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at Access Healthcare Physicians LLC. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Travel Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or clinical setting. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
