The Ready-Mix Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ready-mix concrete business. This dynamic and fast-paced position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch concrete mixer trucks to efficiently service customer jobs
  • Take and process customer orders for ready-mixed concrete accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with QC, sales, and operations personnel to ensure effective delivery of concrete
  • Schedule drivers for next day's schedule using command concrete reporting software
Requirements
  • Candidate must be energetic and customer-friendly with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Phone skills including multi-line systems
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision
