Join Our Team as a Summer Camp Assistant Director

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Summer Camp Assistant Director. As a key member of our camp leadership team, you will be responsible for helping to run all facets of our self-directed camp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the camp, including managing staff, campers, and facilities.
  • Help to train, lead, and inspire a team of staff members.
  • Oversee the implementation of our self-directed program, ensuring that campers have a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborate with our Directors to develop and implement camp policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and campers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age (21 preferred) with a high school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least two seasons of supervisory experience in a summer camp or other programming for kids is preferred; at least 2 months is required.
  • First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).
