About the Role
Perkins Coie is seeking experienced attorneys to join its Mergers & Acquisitions group in the London office. We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated passion for building a practice, a coachable mindset, and a desire to work creatively with clients to find solutions.

Requirements
Successful candidates for this position will have excellent academic credentials and at least four years' PQE handling complex private capital transactions, including private equity buyouts, carve-outs, M&A, and venture capital investments, preferably at an international law firm. We will also consider candidates with a less traditional career path and have spent time outside private practice.
