Job Title: Skilled Nursing Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skilled Nursing Charge Nurse to join our team at Reliable Nurse Staffing. As a Skilled Nursing Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing environment.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare staffing agency and gain valuable experience in Skilled Nursing. As a Skilled Nursing Charge Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and lead a team of nurses
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in South Dakota
  • 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
  • 2 current clinical references
  • Physical and TB skin test within 12 months
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
  • Respiratory Fit Test within 12 months
  • Current Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
  • COVID Card - Current
