Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Hilltop Regional Health Center in Tacoma, WA. As a Clinic RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and coordinating care for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide age-specific and culturally appropriate patient and family teaching on health and wellness, prevention, family planning, pregnancy, domestic violence, STD, pre-and post-test HIV counseling, and chronic disease management.
  • Promote an atmosphere of patient care and customer service excellence, respecting patient rights, confidentiality, diversity, and developmental or age-specific needs.
  • Maintain clinical knowledge and expertise to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
