Job Summary

TDIndustries is seeking a skilled Locksmith Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing planned maintenance, repairs, and modifications to various systems and equipment. This includes plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and electrical service calls. You will also assist other technicians in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform planned maintenance, repairs, and modifications to various systems and equipment.
  • Respond to facility service work orders from building occupants.
  • Diagnose building management/energy management systems for faults and errors.
  • Assist other technicians in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
  • Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.
  • Take readings from nominal equipment and make timely entry into appropriate logs.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Technical degree in related field is preferred.
  • Current universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses as required.
