About the Role:
  • Nursing Care Delivery: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents across various settings, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare professionals, adhering to established protocols.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments and document resident interactions, outcomes, and medication administration, maintaining accurate records.
Key Qualifications:
  • Certifications and Licenses: Currently hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the state nursing board or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
  • Education and Training: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program, with associate degree preferred; completion of IV therapy course approved by the state board may be required for specific positions.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN at another facility or have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan.
