Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have recent experience working in an ICU setting and possess strong clinical skills. The successful applicant will also demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessing and managing their medical conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating their progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
- Participate in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education programs to maintain and enhance professional competence.
- AHA certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
- RNs in CCU, ED and PACU, MICU, SICU require American Heart Association ACLS certification.
- 9 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start date.
- Varicella vaccination or IgG titer proof required.
- Tdap vaccine documentation required.
- Physical/Health Statement within the last year.
- Trinity Profile submission including Resume, Skills Checklist, and 2 Professional References.
- Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form signed.
