Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work truck and vehicle appearance
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Good physical condition to access basements, crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HVAC system installation is an asset
