Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team at Red Clover Treatment Center. This role is essential in providing quality healthcare to adolescents facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in overseeing the medical needs of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining active clinical licensure.
  • Reviewing intake documentation for pertinent health information.
  • Establishing a comprehensive health and psychiatric profile for residents.
  • Ensuring all immunization records and recent physicals are maintained.
  • Conducting health assessments within 24 hours of resident intake.
  • Providing medical services and referrals as necessary.
  • Coordinating with external healthcare providers to address all health needs.
  • Collaborating with the clinical team for effective medication management.
  • Monitoring and documenting medication side effects as per physician directives.
  • Training residential staff on medication administration and health protocols.
  • Maintaining communication with families regarding residents' health status.
  • Documenting all services rendered and medications administered promptly.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • An active Vermont Nursing License.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adolescents.
  • A satisfactory background check.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
