Job Summary
  • Job Title: Equipment Operator II
Job Description
  • As an Equipment Operator at the Texas State Government, you will be responsible for the safe operation of specialized heavy equipment, including backhoes, track hoes, bulldozers, and dump trucks. Your duties will also include operating smaller equipment as necessary, performing routine cleaning and maintenance, and providing on-the-job training to lower-level personnel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and operate specialized heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide on-the-job training to lower-level personnel.

Requirements
