The Role
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Closing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Lennar Title. As an essential member of our team, you will assist in reviewing title commitments, preparing settlement statements, and ensuring timely closings. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing title commitments and preparing ALTA and CD settlement statements
  • Assisting with post-closing duties and correspondence with all parties involved in the closing process
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service with proactive communication and polished telephone etiquette
  • Preparing final closing packages and reviewing documents for accuracy

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 1+ years of direct Title insurance experience preferred
