As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions in real-time, making informed decisions to optimize patient outcomes and ensure timely interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience in CVICU or critical care with a strong understanding of cardiovascular disease and its management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, as required by the facility.
