Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our supply chain team as a Logistics Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, staging, storing, and distributing shipments of supplies and equipment. You will ensure that deliveries are correct, purchase orders are received in the supply chain information system, and delivery documents are prepared.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect shipments of supplies and equipment
- Verify purchase orders against invoices and report any discrepancies or damaged goods
- Ensure accurate storage and rotation of inventory
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inventory medical and other supplies, restock departments according to established levels and schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- More than six months on-the-job training or previous experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize daily tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 200 pounds

Benefits
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $18.50-$26.85 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
