We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will work with youth ages 13-19 in Douglas County, GA, providing clinical services and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify problems and service needs.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans that meet Medicaid, insurer, and other required standards.
- Provide skill-building and evidence-based groups, as well as face-to-face comprehensive assessments.
- Arrange appointment schedules to maximize use of work time.
- Provide service linking and monitoring, symptom management, behavior management planning, and crisis intervention services.
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current license as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Georgia, or master's with LAPC, LMSW, or LAMFT and ability to obtain LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure within 3 months of hire in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of two years' experience in clinical social work, with experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
- Establish a relationship with a reputable referral agency for behavioral health.
- Weekly compensation.
- Flexibility to choose opportunities that best fit your schedule.
- Ability to grow professionally.
- Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
